I believe we aren’t defined by our stories, each experience is like a beautiful precious gem, to be admired, to be thankful for.

It’s these gems that reflect back to us the gift of the journey through life in discovering our true selves’, it’s through these journeys that I continuously collect guiding principals that enrich and deepen my continued growth. These principals are formed from my life’s experiences and are always evolving over time.

I honor all of life and fostering a sense of belonging. We all are an intricate and vital part of the weaving in the fabric of life. Every being has merit, worth and a right to exist and belong.

Through our connection to nature, we create a space where healing naturally unfolds. Not changing ourselves but awaking to the truth and remembrance that has always been there, witnessing our inner grace and authority.

It is my honor as an elder through deep empathy, compassion, love and self-awareness to strive to authentically offer a confidential safe container where all are seen and heard.
